All products sold on Dixora are digital and delivered electronically. Once delivered, they cannot be returned physically.

Delivery is considered complete when the product is:

  • Displayed on screen
  • Delivered via email
  • Available in the customer account dashboard

2. Defective License Policy

If a product is defective or not working, it must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

After verification, Dixora may provide:

  • Replacement license key
  • Technical assistance

No action will be taken without proper verification proof.

3. Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All sales are final and non-refundable
  • No refunds after successful delivery

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • The issue is verified and cannot be resolved
  • Replacement is not possible

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Lack of technical knowledge
  • Failure to read product description

4. Compatibility Responsibility

Customers are responsible for verifying system compatibility before purchase.

No refunds or replacements will be provided for:

  • Unsupported operating systems
  • Hardware limitations
  • Region-based restrictions

5. Used or Activated Products

Products that have been used, activated, or redeemed are strictly non-refundable and non-replaceable.

6. Duplicate Orders

If duplicate orders are placed, customers must contact support immediately.

  • Cancellation may be allowed only if not delivered
  • No cancellation after delivery

7. Subscription / Account-Based Products

For subscription or account-based services:

  • Accounts/licenses cannot be changed, transferred, or refunded once delivered
  • Customers must provide correct details at purchase

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers must contact Dixora support before initiating any chargeback.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to account suspension
  • Delivery records will be used as proof of fulfillment

9. Fraud Prevention

Dixora reserves the right to:

  • Reject suspicious refund requests
  • Block or suspend accounts
  • Take legal action if misuse is detected

10. Support & Resolution

We provide support for eligible products for up to 1 Year (365 Days) from purchase date.

Support includes:

  • Installation guidance
  • Activation assistance
  • Basic troubleshooting

Response time: 24–48 hours.

11. Limitation of Liability

Dixora shall not be liable for issues arising due to:

  • Incorrect usage
  • System incompatibility
  • Third-party service failures

12. Giveaway & Free Products

Products received through giveaways, promotional offers, or free distributions are not eligible for refunds, replacements, technical support, or reactivation assistance.
