• Available in the user account dashboard

System logs, timestamps, and delivery records shall be considered valid proof of delivery.

5. Product Usage Responsibility

• Follow installation instructions correctly

6. Activation & Third-Party Dependency

Product activation depends on third-party systems including servers, region restrictions, and licensing policies. Dixora does not guarantee activation in all cases.

7. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR (₹). Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders in case of pricing errors or technical issues.

8. Payment Security

All payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. Dixora does not store sensitive payment information such as card details.

9. Failed Transactions

If a payment fails but funds are deducted, refunds are processed by the payment provider within 5–7 business days.

10. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products:

• No refunds after delivery

11. Chargebacks & Disputes

16. Reactivation Policy

Reactivation is supported only on the original device or hardware.

• Allowed: OS reinstall, minor changes
• Not allowed: hardware change, new device
• Not applicable to account-bound licenses

Reactivation is subject to verification and is not guaranteed.

Dixora shall not be liable for:

• Activation failures

• Improper usage
