Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery Method

All products sold on Dixora are delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped.

Delivery may be completed through:

• Email (registered email address)
• Customer Account Dashboard (My Account → Orders)

2. Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered instantly or within a few minutes after successful payment.

However, in some cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to:

• Payment verification
• Manual processing
• System delays

3. No Physical Shipping

Dixora does not ship any physical goods. All products are digital and delivered electronically.

4. Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your product within the expected time:

• Check your Spam/Junk folder
• Check your Customer Account Dashboard (My Account → Orders)
• Contact our support team

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a valid and correct email address during checkout.

Dixora is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete details entered by the user.

6. Order Verification

For security and fraud prevention purposes, some orders may be held for manual verification, which may delay delivery.

7. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is considered complete once the product key, download link, or access details are:

• Sent to the registered email address
• OR made available in the customer account dashboard

System logs, timestamps, and delivery records maintained by Dixora shall be considered valid proof of delivery.

8. Digital Delivery Agreement

By purchasing from Dixora, you agree that the delivery of digital products constitutes fulfillment of the order. Once delivered, the order is considered complete and non-reversible.
